the staff was really helpful and caring, always with a smile on face. the service was good, totally satisfied. location: the hotel was close to sanctuary and main street and restaurants. dined at la maison de famille, it was relatively close to the venue.

A gastronomic restaurant was VERY CLEAN with amazing food and wine.

The hotel offered clean and comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were also helpful, providing assistance whenever needed. there was plenty of car parking space available, making it convenient for guests with vehicles.

There were a few areas that could be improved. the location at the back of a car park was not ideal, as it was not as scenic or easily accessible.

There was no price benefit in going through Booked.net. Same price as on-site. Quality of hotel and poor staff interest did not merit the room rate.

The hotel had a great location in a small town with lots of history. We were able to explore the area with ease and found some great local restaurants. the room had a comfortable bed and the cleaning staff did a great job at keeping the room tidy. One of our favorite parts of the hotel was the heated pool, which made for a relaxing Easter afternoon.

The hotel was extremely outdated and in need of a total renovation. the furniture in the room was old and worn down, giving the room a very uncomfortable feel.

They provided excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the comfortable bed. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of fresh and plentiful options to start the day.

This hotel offers breathtaking views from the restaurant to the stunning medieval village and the Notre Dame de Rocamadour located on top of the cliff. It's a great spot to admire the eagles from the neighboring sanctuary. the pool is well-maintained and sun loungers are comfortable. the breakfast is delicious and staff is very attentive.

The distance between the main hotel building and the restaurant may not be ideal for people with mobility issues or for those who want to stay inside during bad weather.
